We are thrilled to announce that our office now accepts Memorial Hermann Medicare Advantage plans for all your vision and eye care needs. Whether you need a routine eye exam, new glasses, contact lenses, or treatment for eye conditions, your benefits can now be applied to cover these services.

All Memorial Hermann Advantage Plans now include a Vision Benefit. Members receive an annual eye exam and a $1,500 allowance for eyewear, which is conveniently loaded onto a prepaid flexible spending card at the beginning of the plan year.

How It Works:

• Annual Allowance: $1,500 for vision services for Memorial Hermann Advantage HMO members.
• Covered Items: Use your benefits for prescription eyeglasses, reading glasses, sunglasses, eye drops,
  and more.
• Using Your Flex Card: Simply use the flex card like a credit card when purchasing eyewear.
